Democrat Platform Coming Into Focus: Open Borders, Higher Wages

THE REPUBLICAN PLATFORM

THE DEMOCRAT PLATFORM

Finally, the Democrat Party is getting it together and presenting us with a platform.

Along with completely open borders, where literally anyone from the third world is allowed to walk right into the country, they are going to increase wages!

That might seem counterintuitive. But remember, when they waged a war on the police during the Obama years, crime went down. You didn’t expect that, did you?

Wait no, the black murder rate exploded.

So yes, sometimes, doing the opposite of the thing you are trying to do produces the opposite results. But it may be that in this case, doing the opposite may produce the stated desired outcome.

I guess.

Breitbart:

House Democrats are set to run their congressional campaigns on promising to increase wages for American workers despite their efforts in pushing continued cheap labor immigration.

In their newest campaign slogan “For the People,” Democrats are focusing on three key issues, one of which is a promise to raise the wages of American workers.

Those wage increases — which President Trump has delivered on by seeking to tighten the labor market with stricter immigration enforcement — sought by Democrats are threatened, though, by their campaign to end all immigration enforcement in the U.S.

As Breitbart News has reported, abolishing the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency — as Democrats have plotted — would allow illegal aliens to enter and settle permanently in the country, flooding the tightened U.S. labor market with low-skilled foreign nationals and depressing wages for America’s working and middle class.

For decades, mass immigration — where the U.S. imports more than 1.5 million immigrants a year — has led to rampant wage stagnation for American workers. Most recent polling shows that nearly half of Americans say illegal immigration crushes U.S. wages.

Most of those 1.5 million aren’t actually illegal.

In fact, the illegal immigration issue has always gotten a whole lot more attention than it deserves. I mean relative attention. The bigger issue by a factor of like 10x is so-called “legal” immigration. Which actually is not “legal” in the natural sense, but is done through fraud.

Thankfully, Trump has brought the issue up, and we’re now talking a lot more about it.

We need to kill all H1-B visas, completely.

End the diversity lotto.

Stop the refugee programs.

Stop giving visas to people from third world countries who are likely to overstay.

We need to shut the whole thing down. None of these people are coming to contribute to our country. They are all coming to feed off of us.

I talk to white British people who actually want to go to the US – people who literally contribute to the economy – who can’t get residency visas. But also, fuck that, because Britain is 25% Moslem now, so until we can pass a law that says “white men of good character,” we really just need to shut down any and all immigration.

Politics are being polarized.

The fact that the Democrats are saying “open borders” means that Trump has room to say “FORTRESS AMERICA.”

Everyone who voted for Trump either consciously or unconsciously understood that “Make America Great America” primarily meant “restore traditional demographics.” Because the number one thing that made America stop being great was the Jewish program to transform it from a white country into whatever the hell it is now.

What was implicit is increasingly becoming explicit – mostly because the Democrats have called Trump a racist for so long that the average normie now associates the word “racism” with “great ideas.”

The Other “For the People” Issues

It’s three issues total on this new platform.

Politico:

House Democrats plan to begin working “For the People” into their statements and press conferences, with a focus on three key areas: addressing health care and prescription drug costs; increasing wages through infrastructure and public works projects; and highlighting Republican corruption in Washington.

“We have 110 days from right now until Election Day and we will be spending the month of August in our home districts and we wanted to make sure we are singing from the same song sheet on the three top issues,” Rep. Cheri Bustos (D-Ill.), co-chair of House Democrats’ messaging arm, said in an interview.

So health care and drugs… I think they already did that and it didn’t really work out that well.

And I don’t understand how “highlight opposition corruption” is a key plank of a political platform. Like they’re saying “vote for us and we promise to spend more time criticizing the opposition”?

This is really a struggle for these people.
