Lois Lerner is a very unattractive woman and a horrible person.

The Department of Injustice led by top gorilless Loretta Lynch has announced that the IRS Jew Lois Lerner won’t face charges. Lerner intentionally delayed the processing of tax-exempt status for political groups that weren’t aligned with Barack Insane Obongo Obozo and the rest of his Marxist retards. There was also an apparent cover up with the IRS claiming that they couldn’t find her e-mails. There were obviously crimes committed.

However, the Injustice Department claimed that her crimes were simply the product of “mismanagement” and “poor judgment.” That’s great, so I guess we can all commit crimes and say as a defense that we didn’t commit a crime but instead just exercised “poor judgment.”

Clearly the Obozo regime didn’t want her charged otherwise the White House would have been implicated in the scandal.

I find it humorous that these sneaky bastards decided to make this announcement on a Friday afternoon. This is a typical tactic that is used when they want to hide something in the news cycle.

No IRS official would face criminal charges arising from the political controversy over the processing of applications for tax-exempt status, the Justice Department announced Friday.

In a letter to members of Congress, the department said that while investigators had found “mismanagement, poor judgment and institutional inertia,” there was no evidence of a crime.

“We found no evidence that any IRS official acted based on political, discriminatory, corrupt or other inappropriate motives that would support a criminal prosecution,” the letter stated.

The department also announced that Lois Lerner, who headed the division that processes applications for tax-exempt status at the time, would not face any charges.

A firestorm erupted more than two years ago with the release of an inspector general’s audit that said IRS agents had improperly singled out tea party and other conservative groups for extra scrutiny when they applied for tax-exempt status during the 2010 and 2012 elections.
