Daily Stormer
March 30, 2015
After nearly two years of fantastic contributions, it is with a sad heart that I must announce that Marcus Cicero will no longer be involved with the Daily Stormer.
This is a decision I have made, due to some personal differences in views we have with regards to feminism and women which I have decided are irreconcilable.
Though this has always been a site geared toward a male audience, I have begun to more and more feel it necessary to deal more often and more directly with male issues, given that I personally believe this is the correct direction for a nationalist movement to go in.
I want to say clearly that this recent incident was the first time the issue of women being directly involved with the site had come up, and so it was not something I had made rules about, and Marcus did not do anything against policy by having a woman co-host his show. When I took issue with the show, a conflict in personal conviction arose between myself and Marcus, and I feel there is no other option than a parting of ways.
For Marcus’ part, his perception of the position of women in society is shared by a larger portion of nationalists, and it is I who have veered from the established modern norm in the movement. I have no doubt that with his skill set, he will do very well writing and doing radio for other platforms in our movement – and it is still “our movement,” as regardless of this disagreement, we still share common goals, we are still brothers in arms and I have little doubt that our paths will cross again.
As this recent conflict of opinions has introduced a number of different issues upon which I need to make clear statements, I will be doing a series of articles on various points. And as I have said, I am also going to make a serious effort to make gender relations and men’s issues a key focal point of the site, permanently. To be clear, I will not be introducing “men’s rights” material, “PUA material” or even “anti-feminist” material. My position on women, very explicitly, is that they should in the modern world remain in the exact same role they were in during the medieval period and I am unwilling to dance around or negotiate on that issue. Women should be honored, cherished and cared for, but they should not possess “rights.” I understand that this is a controversial position that many will disagree with, but I also understand that my primary goal is to establish White Brotherhood, as that is not merely a prerequisite for saving the White race, it is the whole of it.
We all must do what we believe to be best in working toward accomplishing this goal, and I have great respect for Marcus for stating and sticking to the positions he believes to be correct.
As always, comments will be open, but I would ask that commenters acknowledge the great work Marcus has done for the movement and refrain from making disrespectful statements about him.
