The Greek Tragic Comedy has ended in an autistic manner.
Alexis has folded completely, literally agreeing to every single aspect of the original deal he first rejected and then took a referendum on and the Greek people rejected.
What a stupid end to this stupid mess.
I guess we all knew it would end like this, but the whole thing had just gotten so weird I didn’t know what to think.
The question now is: will Greeks riot?
What is now not a question is that the Golden Dawn is now assured to be the country’s second party, and may well end up the first. Just as soon as they get out of prison. Or, while they’re in prison.
