A man who allegedly set up the drug deal that led to a double homicide, then drove the suspected gunman to the hospital is the third suspect arrested in the Powder Springs deaths of a young couple.
Raymond Ladell Webb was arrested Sunday night and charged with concealing a death, hindering the apprehension of a criminal and a felony drug charge, Cobb County jail records showed.
According to police, Webb used his cellphone to set up a meeting so roxycodone could be sold, his arrest warrant states. It was during that alleged drug transaction that Anthony Costner, 24, and his 22-year-old wife, Catherine, were shot and killed, according to police.

The accused further concealed his involvement by transporting the suspect in the death of the victims to a hospital far away from the incident location whom had sustained a gunshot wound and left him at the hospital without notifying law enforcement,” Webb’s arrest warrant states.
