Daniel Dacanay was dragged along the tarmac on his bike, by a drugged up mongrel-primitive driving a car.

A Chicago man has been charged with aggravated driving under the influence of drugs in an April accident that killed a motorcyclist on Interstate 55 in DuPage County.

A judge set bail at $750,000 on Thursday for Fawzi Ottman, 44, who is charged in connection with the death of Daniel Dacanay of Chicago.

Fawzi Ottman was also hospitalized in the collision.
