Bitch, the stone age is over! Gtfo with that do-rag!

There is much to be said here about the concept of an EU Supreme Court.

Because I was told this was a trading bloc.

But let’s focus on the headscarf thing here.

RT:

A Muslim woman in France who was fired for refusing to remove her headscarf should have been allowed to cover her head at work, a legal advisor to the EU’s top court has stated, adding that the request amounts to “unlawful direct discrimination.”

“There is nothing to suggest she was unable to perform her duties as a design engineer because she wore an Islamic headscarf,” Advocate General Eleanor Sharpston said in a written opinion on Wednesday, as quoted by Reuters.

The case arose in 2009, when Asma Bougnaoui was asked by her employer, Micropole SA, to remove her headscarf when dealing with clients. When she refused, she was fired.

The worker took the case before a French court, which referred it to the European Court of Justice (ECJ).

Although companies can impose strict rules for appearance if it is a “genuine and determining occupational requirement,” Sharpston said it was hard to see why the restriction was valid in this particular case.

While opinions offered by advocates general are advisory, the ECJ generally follows their advice in drawing up its final ruling. An ECJ ruling is binding on member states.

I have been thinking for a long time we need to officially codify a Nazi religion based mainly on the works of Miguel Serrano.

We could then argue in court that it is our religion to wear swastikas. And they will either have to agree with this, or they will have to overrule these pro-Islamic religions (which there is no way in hell they are going to do). Of course, they could just disregard their own legal standards and say “Islam is privileged above all religions,” but this would be as much of a victory as being allowed to wear swastika armbands while working in an office in France.

There is no way we could lose.

I could be the head of it, and then I could get donations people could write off their taxes. Also, I think it would then become a hate crime to ban me from PayPal and so on.

And more important than the practical aspects, Hitler actually was a prophet sent by the One True God, and we should have a religion based on him and his teachings.

Note that this would not be anti-Christian, and would in fact be pro-Christian in nature.

I will have time to do this once I get more writers on this site to cover more of the daily news happenings, which I will do when I have money.
