If you want to know the kind of gun control laws just passed in Vermont, just watch this video or read about Canada’s gun control laws.
Vermont is still significantly better than Canada when it comes to gun rights, however they are now implementing several new laws which may as well have just been copy-pasted from ours.
Most notable any rifle magazine with a capacity higher than 10 is now illegal (unless you owned it prior to the ban) similar to Canada’s 5 round limit for rifles.
If you are under 21, you need to go through a hunting safety course to get one. Again, this is similar to Canada’s firearm license system.
There’s also a bunch of miscellaneous provisions which give the cops more opportunities to take your guns.
In 4-12 years, all of America will have the same gun rights as Canada currently has.
