Obese monstrosities are in a constant state of being BTFO, this is just another example.

Live Science:

Belly fat has long been thought to be particularly bad for your heart, but now, a new study adds more evidence to the idea that it may also be bad for your brain.

The study, from the United Kingdom, found that people who were obese and had a high waist-to-hip ratio (a measure of belly fat) had slightly lower brain volumes, on average, compared with people who were a healthy weight. Specifically, belly fat was linked with lower volumes of gray matter, the brain tissue that contains nerve cells.

Our research looked at a large group of people and found obesity, specifically around the middle, may be linked with brain shrinkage,” lead study author Mark Hamer, a professor at Loughborough University’s School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences in Leicestershire, England, said in a statement.

That includes skinny-fats such as vegan doctor Michael Greger.

Not sure if this news surprise anyone though, since fat people are observably dumber than the average normal-weight person. To be more precise, fat people are worse than average human-shaped persons in every area you can think of. Smell, hygiene, breath, appearance, reflexes, sense of humor, pureness of heart, quality of thoughts, will power, you name it.

We should just throw fat people into cells in fat-burning camps, where they’ll be kept without food and without access to any kind of calories. There’ll be some daily water allowance for them to prevent dehydration. We may even mix in some minerals in their water to prevent electrolyte imbalances, if we feel benevolent.

The point is that they’ll be kept in cells until they burn all of their fat.

Some creatures are too far gone to save though. For those cases, a bullet will do.

Bullet or fire?

Lower brain volume, or brain shrinkage, has been linked with an increased risk of memory decline and dementia.

The new findings, published today (Jan. 9) in the journal Neurology, suggest that the combination of obesity (as measured by body mass index, or BMI) and a high waist-to-hip ratio may be a risk factor for brain shrinkage, the researchers said.

However, the study found only an association between belly fat and lower brain volume, and cannot prove that carrying more fat around the waist actually causes brain shrinkage. It could be that people with lower volumes of gray matter in certain brain areas are at a higher risk of obesity. Future studies are needed to tease out the reasons for the link.

What came first, brain-shrinkage or fat-gain?

The answer is that it doesn’t really matter.

Whether brain-shrinkage caused you to gain fat or fat caused your brain to shrink, you have to keep fighting. You can’t give up. You have to burn that fat, get in shape, and get stronger no matter your starting point.

While the answer may matter to scientists, it is irrelevant for people that carry around extra fat. They have to lose that fat anyways. Not only because being fat is a visual terrorism act, but because it’s poison to your mind and to your body.

You need to check out Mr. Anglin’s Diet and Nutrition, Aesthetics, Strength and Health article and if you’ve already read it, you need to read it again now.

Food is another attack vector used by the Jews. Gluttony, addiction, dependency. You have to resist that.

You have to fight.

There can be no weak links in our chain.

But muh brain size tho

If you’re fat and concerned about your brain size, understand that your mind is capable of much more than you think. You’ll be alright.

Defeat your monsters.
