Fearing a scenario similar to that depicted in the film Rise of the Planet of the Apes, the city of Detroit has said that they will not shutoff water to non-paying customers for 15 days. This comes after the NAACP filed a lawsuit claiming that shutting off their water was racist and that it was the fault of White people that these Blacks couldn’t pay their bills on time. Needless to say the NAACP made no mention of the fact that Detroit has been up until recently run by corrupt and incompetent Blacks for around four decades. They along with the super majority population of Blacks have transformed the city into a cesspool.
Unfortunately, this is only going to buy them a little bit of time. If these Blacks can’t even pay their water bills now, should we really expect this situation to change in a few months or even a few years? It appears as if none of them have the resources or the desire to better themselves to gain the resources they need to pay their bills.
Detroit has been turned into a third world city similar to what you would see in Africa and the only way this will change is if the racial demographics of the city are changed back to the way they were in the early part of the 20th century.

Detroit suspended its aggressive policy of cutting off water to customers with unpaid bills on Monday, the latest response to a controversy that has prompted large protests and caught the attention of the judge overseeing the city’s bankruptcy.
The city said there will be no shutoffs for the next 15 days. The disclosure was made in bankruptcy court where Judge Steven Rhodes is overseeing the nation’s largest ever municipal bankruptcy. He has been encouraging Detroit to come up with alternatives to shutting off water for thousands of homes and businesses.
