Hey, illegals have rights, too.
For example, they have the legal right to get a job in spite of the fact that they’re not legally authorized to work.
I mean, how dare some company use such trifling things as “the law” to justify denying employment to people who don’t have a work permit? It’s obviously just a way to excuse their racism.
It’s time, as a society, that we embrace a wider, more inclusive vision of the law. Some things might be illegal, sure – but only insofar as it doesn’t hurt anybody’s feelings or harms the interests of brown people.
For the second time in a few years, a federal court has ruled that illegal immigrants can sue American employers that refuse to hire them because they require workers to be U.S. citizens or legal residents (green card holders). The latest blow to the rule of law was delivered by an Obama-appointed federal judge in south Florida, who handed a powerful open-borders group a huge victory in a case accusing a major U.S. company of discriminating against an illegal immigrant.
How is this even possible?
This makes me so angry I wanna rip off my pajamas.
How can illegal immigrants even make any kind of use of the legal system? Wouldn’t they just get deported immediately? I mean, you would think that’s how the legal system worked.
If you sue someone for punching you in the face, and in the process of explaining your case you admit that he punched you while you were in the process of murdering his entire family, you would think the judge would do a double take.
How is suing someone for not hiring you, and then explaining that it’s because you’re a criminal infiltrator, any different from the scenario above?
Your honor, as I attempted to sell the defendant a kilo of crack, he shanked me and stole the merchandise! I demand compensation!
Though years apart, both lawsuits were filed by the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), a leftist group that specializes in discrimination lawsuits on behalf of illegal immigrants and has Chicago ties to Obama. MALDEF pushes for free college tuition for illegal immigrants and lowering educational standards to accommodate new migrants. Its leadership refers to the U.S. government’s immigration enforcement effort as racist and xenophobic and says it’s racist to make English the country’s official national language and inhumane to protect the southern border with a fence. Both MALDEF victories involve plaintiffs who benefit from a special Obama amnesty known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) that shields nearly 800,000 illegal aliens under the age of 31 from deportation.
This is completely nuts. I mean, hiring illegal immigrants is illegal.
The court is saying you can be sued for refusing to commit illegal acts. This is naked anarcho-tyranny.
Unsurprisingly, the judge responsible for this travesty is a woman appointed by Obama.
This is what happens when you let women and niggers meddle with your legal system – complete madness becomes the norm.
