Federal Judge Blocks Trump’s Order to Cut Funding From Sanctuary Cities

One of the problems facing the President is having parts of his agenda blocked by a corrupt federal judiciary. This is just the latest example.

A federal judge on Monday permanently blocked President Donald Trump’s executive order to cut funding from cities that limit cooperation with U.S. immigration authorities.

U.S. District Court Judge William Orrick rejected the administration’s argument that the executive order applies only to a relatively small pot of money and said Trump cannot set new conditions on spending approved by Congress.

The judge had previously made the same arguments in a ruling that put a temporary hold on the executive order targeting so-called sanctuary cities. The Trump administration has appealed that decision to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

In other words, this idiot Orrick is claiming that Trump’s order to deprive sanctuary cities of funding is unconstitutional. This is a highly questionable claim, but it’s the excuse he is using to stop Trump.

Quite frankly, the specific rule of law doesn’t matter to these people. No matter how the law is written, they always find some strange way to interpret it so that Trump’s agenda is thwarted. They did the same thing with Trump’s immigration ban even though the President has broad authority over who is allowed into the country.

It looks like this case will get appealed all the way up to the Supreme Court. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is filled with Communist scum. They will undoubtedly uphold this ridiculous decision.

Ultimately, the cities protecting these illegal aliens need to be dealt with in some capacity. Attacking them from the funding side of things is a good approach, but more draconian measures should be employed while this case is tied up in the legal system. Trump should start flooding these cities with armed immigration officers and convoys of paddy wagons. Let the local politicians cry about it!
