Don’t want trannies in the military? You are against the Constitution!
Some senile old fart has just blocked the President’s tranny military ban. He even said that the government has to fund sex-reassignment surgeries for them. That’s because Trump’s order was against the United States Constitution!
A second federal judge on Tuesday blocked President Donald Trump from banning transgender people from serving in the U.S. military, ruling that the prohibition likely amounted to unconstitutional discrimination.
U.S. District Judge Marvin Garbis in Baltimore ruled that the ban lacked justification and “cannot possibly constitute a legitimate governmental interest.” His ruling followed a similar one by a federal judge in Washington on Oct. 30.
Garbis, appointed to the federal bench by former Republican president George Bush in 1989, went further than the Washington judge by also blocking the government’s directive to stop funding sex-reassignment surgery while the case moves forward, as some of the plaintiffs would be impacted by the prohibition.
Unconstitutional discrimination? What the hell does that even mean? There is nothing in the Constitution stating that tranny freaks have the right to serve in the military or have the right to get free sex-reassignment surgeries from the government.
The fact that this has become a national conversation is insane in its own right. There is no benefit to having mentally disturbed individuals serve in the military. It’s a totally ridiculous idea from a military readiness perspective. Does anybody think that the average soldier wants to serve alongside someone who can’t figure out if they’re a male or a female? It represents a major problem from both a logistics and morale standpoint.
This whole agenda to normalize this tranny nonsense has gotten out of control. Even the State Department has felt compelled to give it credibility.
On Transgender Day of Remembrance, the United States honors the memory of the many transgender individuals who have lost their lives to acts of violence.
Transgender individuals and their advocates, along with lesbian, gay, bisexual and intersex persons, are facing increasing physical attacks and arbitrary arrests in many parts of the world. Often these attacks are perpetrated by government officials, undermining the rule of law.
Transgender persons should not be subjected to violence or discrimination, and the human rights they share with all persons should be respected.
On this Transgender Day of Remembrance, the United States remains committed to advancing the human rights and fundamental freedoms of all persons. These principles are inherent in our own Constitution and drive the diplomacy of the United States.
We are drowning in madness here. What else is there to say?
