U.S. District Judge Arenda Wright Allen has ruled that Virginia’s ban on fag marriage is “unconstitutional”. In response to the ruling, Theodore B. Olson, lead co-counsel for the sodomites, said that “Through its decision today, the court has upheld the principles of equality upon which this nation was founded“.
We have already pointed out what an utter falsehood it is to claim that sodomy is somehow protected by American freedom. Sodomy was illegal in America up until the 1960s, and none of the Founding Fathers promoted its acceptance. On the contrary, the Founding Fathers taught that a strict public morality was absolutely essential to the preservation of freedom. Once public morality has been destroyed and the people indulge in vice, the vice peddlers become the masters of society, and the people become their slaves.
