Female sex selection leads females to choose a mate based on (her judgment of) his genetic fitness, his ability to provide her with resources, or both.
For example, in orangutan societies, there is an alpha male known as the resident. He is the only fully developed male in the territory. The fertile female prefers to breed with the resident. Primarily, because his success in becoming the resident has proven the quality of his genes. Secondarily, because he can offer her some degree of protection (a resource) from the underdeveloped males, who will “rape” her if the opportunity presents itself.
Human sexuality is quite complex, but sex selection among human females is rooted in the evolutionary strategy described above.
A human female will attempt to become impregnated with (what she judges to be) the best genes available, and simultaneously, she will attempt to utilize her sexual capital to maximize the resources at her disposal. This is counter productive in the context of a large civilization.
Civilization has historically operated on the excess production of “beta” males. “Beta” males ganged up on the “alpha” male and convinced him to guarantee them sexual (reproductive) access to females in exchange for excess labor, and allowing him to live. Or, possibly, the “alpha” male decided there were too many women for him to fuck, and it made more sense to use them as bargaining chips, in exchange for excess labor.
The precise details are irrelevant. The important point is that in a post-agrarian world, any normal man is capable of producing far more than he needs. This extra production has myriad uses (traditionally, supporting a family, and the endeavors of the state), but a man requires some incentive in order to generate this excess production. That incentive has historically been sexual access to females, and there is no substitute, so far as I can tell.
Basically, civilization happened because “alpha” and “beta” males got together and said, “Hey, we’re stronger, smarter, and more imaginative than these twats. Instead of letting them play us like a bunch of shmucks, let’s divide them up amongst ourselves, and then there will be more for everybody, including them.”
And it worked!
Jump ahead about 5000 years. The women are bitching and moaning about everything, just like they always have. The Jews own a disproportionate number of newspapers, publishing houses, they have a stranglehold on Western currencies, and they are about to expand their domain into radio, film and television.
Meanwhile, the productive white men are like, “Shit, I’ve got this crop to harvest. I’ve got wine and beer fermenting in the cellar (some of which I plan to drink tonight), I’ve got cows that need milking (did my kids take care of that like they were supposed to?), I’ve got an important meeting with the other townsmen on Thursday… I don’t have time to deal with this bullshit.”
The Jews used this opportunity to target the females with pro-female, anti-male propaganda. The females being effectively primitive, and all too eager to follow the leader, took this propaganda hook, line, and sinker. And the men were far to busy doing what matters (creating and providing for us) to take notice.
Jump ahead 50~100 years. The women are free, they are fucking every asshat with a facial tattoo, or a headful of hair that more resembles a peacock than a human being, or an abundance of gaudy jewelery, or a physique that expresses, “I spend more time trying to look tough, than actually training to be tough.”
Nothing against guys that engage in these displays, Lord knows, you’re probably getting more pussy than I am, and I don’t blame you for doing what works. But clearly, allowing females to choose who gets laid and which genomes survive isn’t working for much of anyone. They manage to land a guy who can afford a butler and the next thing you know they are fucking the butler. They find a guy who can bench 300#, and suddenly they want a man who has read a book. Show them a pretty boy, with great hair, an eyebrow piercing and a few trendy tattoos – they’ll demand a man with calluses on his hands and boots on his feet.
In short, they want it all. They want it all, because when we lived in tribes of less than 50 people, they could have it all, provided they were the top bitch. Chances were, the man with the best genes was also the man that controlled the resources. If not, they could always fuck one or the other on the side. That just doesn’t apply in modern times, but they haven’t progressed beyond it. Truthfully, neither have we, but we were always content to settle for one acceptable bitch. That hasn’t changed.
Almost nobody is getting laid as often as they would like, even the most attractive people. Everybody knows something is off.
Women, for the most part, can’t come to the conclusion that it’s their sexual liberation that has caused much of their own misery. Their neural connections run right to left, roughly emotional to logical. Instinctively they are doing the right thing, what they’ve always done. Emotionally, they know this, and their logical mind rationalizes it. Anybody who has ever argued with a woman, male or female, knows that if she feels she’s correct there is no way to logically prove to her that she’s incorrect.
And us guys aren’t really much better, if at all. Our neural connections run back to front, roughly instinct to action. Instinctively we protect females. After all, they are the reproductive bottleneck, and ultimately, our most valuable resource. It’s what we’ve always done, it feels right, and we rationalize that it is right, even when it’s not.
It’s a rare man who can overcome his instinct, and come to the conclusion that perhaps our forefathers did their job a little too well. Your grandpa wasn’t trying to fuck you or your dad over when he treated your mom like a princess, he was just doing what came naturally, what felt right.
It’s our job to recognize that they messed up, with the purest of intentions. We need to figure out how to make the emotional arguments that convince white knights, and maybe even women, that there is a better way, and our ancestors figured it out several thousand years ago. Simply remove female sex selection from the human reproductive equation. Almost everybody will be getting laid. The women will feel like they are being raped. And everybody will be more or less happy.
