Finally, the blacks are admiting it. They are literally retarded and don’t want to deny it anymore.
In an upcoming entry for the Georgetown Law Review, Fordham Law Professor Kimani Paul-Emile argues that being black in America is akin to having a disability. She didn’t stop there. Paul-Emile goes on to argue that laws similar to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) should be created for Black Americans. Paul-Emile’s piece was republished as a blog post on Fordham Law School’s website.

The piece wouldn’t be complete without a reference to “white privilege.” Paul-Emile argues that recognizing “Blackness” as a disability would force Americans to grapple with the concept of “white privilege” and how it is embedded into the nation’s laws and policies.
“…To recognize Blackness as a disability therefore requires us to acknowledge the ways in which racial hierarchies and White privilege persist and are embedded within these laws, policies, and practices such that they reify the very inequities they seek to eliminate,” she wrote.
Paul-Emile graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Brown University. She also holds a J.D. from Georgetown University and a Ph.D. from New York University. The Georgetown Law Review piece is due to be published in later in 2018.
First of all, it’s pretty crazy that Georgetown Law Review would agree to publish this.
One upon a time, these people were just freaks in small Women’s Studies or some other bullshit departments at small north-eastern private colleges that shitlibs would send their worthless children to.
Then Occupy Wall St. happened and these kids started coming out to protest and to take over the protests. They succeeded and all the old Leftists and Anarchists were either kicked out or subsumed by the proto-SJWs.
And then when Obama’s second term rolled around, it seemed like the SJWs had risen out of nowhere and were a force to be reckoned with. Everyone seemed to be afraid of them and started adopting their talking points.
But even then, I would have never believed that we’d hit the point where respectable, neocon-esque, centrist publications would be pushing for reparations of all things.
It seems that despite Trump, the non-White grievance agenda is still advancing at a breakneck pace.
Second of all, Breitbart wants to go with the whole “Dems R de Real Racists” shtick by pointing out that this professor is basically saying that Blacks need a leg-up and that means they are inferior to Whites.
And that’s the real racism at play here, right?
WRONG. Blacks and non-Whites don’t give a shit about our perception of them. They see a way to get more gibs and they go for it. Shame is an alien feeling to them. Shaming them won’t work. Only gibs works on them.
And while cuckservatives take pride in “pulling themselves up by bootstraps” or whatever the fuck stupid metaphor they use nowadays, they are losing the war for gibs and every other group gets some except Whites.
Look, we’re on the Titanic right now. Everyone’s trying to get on a lifeboat and steal some of the silverware while they’re at it. Everyone except White people because they think that the Titanic is their boat. After all, they built it, right?
Well, not anymore. Someone else is at the helm.
Whites may not like it…but they really should start playing the gibs game as well.
