Expected a bit more suspense…

Polling conducted by Ipsos, Ifop and BVA all gave Mr Macron, the pro-business candidate, a strong lead over Front National leader Marine Le Pen.

I said it was going to be double digits.

But I was think like barely double digits – 10-11%.

35% is a seal-clubbing.

Old Man Le Pen gave an interview this morning again attacking his daughter as a stupid bitch.

Jean-Marie Le Pen has issued an extraordinary attack on his daughter, claiming she lacks the right qualities to become president.

Mr Le Pen, the 88-year-old former leader of the Front National, said Ms Len Pen had “character,” but not much else.

In an interview with the Sunday Times in Paris, he complained his daughter had not sought his advice during the campaign and ignored his emails expressing support.

He insisted that he does want Ms Le Pen to win the election, pointing out he as “called unequivocally for people to vote Marine.”

However, he went on to say that his 28-year-old granddaughter, Marion Marechal-Le Pen, would have been a better candidate.

I have no idea how a Nazi, who is 88-years-old, is incapable of grasping the fact that the problem with Marine is that she is a woman. Saying another female relative should take over, it’s just… wow just wow.

I love the Old Man, but seriously – what is going on in his mind?

The only thing more appealing about Marion is the obvious thing.

But Marine used to be hot too.

And Marion will not be hot anymore in a few years, so… I dunno.

I wish Jean-Marie would just say “the problem is she’s a woman, I should have known better.”

But, whatever.

I’ve put the Red Ice livestream up, even though it doesn’t start for another two hours, so you guys can go in and start demanding Smiths songs. In fact, I think the Smiths should be played in the background during the entire stream.

Also, if anyone can contact Jared Taylor before the show, and tell him that if he goes on and Henrich and Lana ask him what he thinks and he says “please, please, please let me get what I want, lord knows it would be the first time” I will swear to stop attacking him for shilling for kikes for the rest of my life. Also, I am demanding that Jared Taylor be asked directly – STRAIGHTFORWARDLY – to finally come clean and give a straight and concise answer to this very simple question:

“Jared, what is your favorite Smiths album?”

French people were voting on Sunday in a presidential election pitting a pro-European Union centrist against a eurosceptic, anti-immigration far-rightist, with early figures indicating turnout could be low, but above most recent forecasts.

Opinion polls predict 39-year-old ex-economy minister Emmanuel Macron will win the five-year presidency, seeing off the challenge from National Front leader Marine Le Pen after an election campaign full of scandal and upsets.

Voting ends at 8 pm (1800 GMT) with early projections of the result by pollsters due soon after. The last opinion polls on Friday gave Macron between 61.5 and 63 percent of the vote. Forecasts of the result proved accurate for the tight first round race between 11 candidates last month.

Unsurprising.

The French have recently been protesting the concept of democracy itself.

I wish the people who didn’t vote would have voted for Le Pen though, as she is the one promising to change things, and her not changing anything would prove – once and for all – that “democracy” is a complete hoax.

The big day is finally here.

After the degree to which Trump flip-flopped, I no longer have faith that if Marine Le Pen wins, she will exit the EU.

But, you know – she might?

Anyway, a victory for her would send a huge message to the people that the people are sick of the globalist agenda, no matter what she actually does after she is elected.

Sadly, if she were not such a flawed candidate, there would be virtually a 100% chance of her winning. The ideas that she represents ARE much more popular than the globalism that her opponent represents. It’s just that the people are not even clear on whether she herself even represents these ideas anymore.

Still, I’m rooting for her.

Yesterday, we had a poll here on DS, and the majority of readers believe she will win today.

But… you should probably prepare to be disappointed.

There will be fraud, as always. That can be overcome if there is a big enough turnout, as we saw with Trump. So it isn’t impossible.

The dox that got dropped on Macron by the hacker known as 4chan certainly could have had a bigger effect than we know. We don’t have the ability to measure such things, and the media is a bunch of lying Jew snakes.

There’s a chance. There is definitely a chance.

I guess we’ll know soon enough.
