Geert Wilders on the Case Against Him

He is being prosecuted for saying there should be “fewer Moroccans” in the Netherlands.  This is now apparently considered to be “inciting hatred.”  That is, it is hatred if you want the number of Moroccans in the Netherlands to be anything less than “infinity Moroccans” or “all Moroccans” or perhaps “everyone in the Netherlands should be Moroccan.”

Presumably, he still would have been charged with speech crime if he had said “we want the same number of Moroccans as we have now” given that this would imply he does not want more Moroccans, which in turn implies that Moroccans are not so desirable that you always want more of them, which is clear hatred.
