Germany: Invader Attacks Girl in Changing Room, Owner Captures and Holds Him

This happened in the Lahr/Black Forest part of Germany. The police originally said it was a case of sexual harassment or compulsion, but now have said the conditions for that charge were not met.He has been charged instead with Nötigung which translates as coercion or compulsion. They have also said invader was also not a refugee.
