A McDonald’s customer is being sought by police after he punched a teenage girl when she confronted him for calling her a ‘goth’.
The incident happened at the Hoe Street, Walthamstow, restaurant on May 23 at around 1.45am.
He is wanted by Waltham Forest police in connection with grievous bodily harm (GBH) after a 19-year-old woman was punched in the face, leaving her with a cut above her eye.
The man pictured had called her a ‘goth’ and threw a paper bag at her. When she challenged him over the remark, she was punched.
McDonald’s staff sounded the alarm and the attacker left.
He is described as black, around 6ft tall, and was wearing a distinctive black Addidas tracksuit with white trainers.
