Back during the Obama administration, the Department of Justice found that black students were suspended at higher rates than white ones.
The “experts” concluded that the reason for the disparity wasn’t the aloofness of black parents, the fact that blacks are naturally more violent, or the need to develop an educational program that better caters to the intellectual average on the African bell curve. Instead, they felt blacks got in trouble more because of “racism”…period. The solution was to start punishing white students more while not punishing blacks.
The federal government started threatening to withhold funding from schools that punish black students, and now majority-minority schools are even more violent than before.
Teachers in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania – which is 50% black – are now quitting in large numbers because even the kindergarten aged black students are beating them up!
A group of Pennsylvania teachers is sharing horror stories of getting beaten up by pupils as young as 6 — and begging their school district for help.
“I have been kicked, punched, hit, scratched. I’ve had a student physically restraining me in front of my other students… And many of the personal things that I have bought for my classroom have been broken or destroyed,” first-grade teacher Amanda Sheaffer told the Harrisburg School Board at its meeting Monday, according to the news Web site PennLive.
“Many minutes are spent each day dealing with violence that is happening in the classroom,” Sheaffer said. “How am I supposed to have a safe, nurturing learning environment when this behavior happens?”
Sheaffer was one of about a half-dozen elementary-school teachers and several parents who implored the board for help in dealing with increasingly violent and troubled kids.
“We aren’t complaining. We are here begging for help so that we can help those students,” said Harrisburg Education Association President Jody Barksdale.
Barksdale represents some of the teachers asking for help and brought similar concerns to the board in January, according to PennLive.
At least 45 teachers resigned between July and October because of kids terrorizing their classrooms, Barksdale claimed, according to Fox 43.
“Teachers and students are being hit, kicked, slapped, scratched, cussed at…. and observing other students flip over tables, desks and chairs,” she said. “Teachers have had to take the rest of their class into the hallway top protect them during these outbursts. Not much has changed since last January.”
Imagine what the minority of white students at these schools are going through if even the grown ups are helpless. White children are beaten, raped and even murdered every day at schools where blacks and browns outnumber them.
After whites, it’s blacks themselves who suffer the most from policies developed by the Jewish pseudo-scientists in academia. The occasional 1 in 10 black students with enough intelligence to learn loses out because schools have no tools or policies for controlling the nigger savagery of his classmates.
Contrary to popular perception, teaching is actually a decent paying job and they’re always hiring. The problem is (((Randi Weingarten))) and co. make you go through a trial of fire. They will send inexperienced and naive 23-year-old white girls to the most dangerous black schools around, then blame them when the students fail state exams.
Nobody wants to teach in an environment where the students are both unable and unwilling to learn, and especially not when they’re physically attacking you. Most urban black schools are run by Jews, lesbians or disinterested black principals making 6 figures. Hence why a potentially satisfying job with decent benefits has such a massive turnover rate.
Even the most idealistic, diehard white liberal in education will tell you teaching niggers is thankless.
