Here is the FDNY Service Test that Mayor DeBlasio Says is Racist

DeBlasio is showering former black and Hispanic FDNY applicants with $98 million in free money. The money is being given as a reward for performing poorly on a written FDNY service exam. DeBlasio is calling it “backpay.” In others words, “backpay” for a job they never did because they failed to meet the qualifications to get hired!

DeBlasio says the written exam is racist, but refuses to explain how! This is nothing more than a backdoor scheme to steal money from white and Asian taxpayers and give it away to blacks and Hispanics.
