tfw people stop giving you money because you hoaxed the polls
Hillary’s aggressive poll hoaxing has resulted in an unexpected consequence – people have stopped sending money because they’re convinced she’s going to win.
Because after all, she’s 178 points ahead of Trump in the latest polls by Jew Kikeman’s scientifically objective polling project, so how can she possibly lose? Might as well spend the money on weed.
Campaign manager Robby Mook has written a panicky pitch to Hillary Clinton supporters warning that fundraising numbers are dipping – even adding “that’s how elections are lost.”
“Our poll numbers are holding steady, which is good. We’re growing our field organization, building out neighborhood teams in communities all over the country — which is even better,” Mook wrote.
“But that’s happening at a time when our fundraising levels are, frankly, dipping.”
Mook appears to attribute lower fundraising numbers with overconfidence. “It seems that with our convention in the rearview mirror and pundits constantly saying that ‘momentum’ is on our side, a lot of people believe that we have this locked up and that donations don’t matter anymore.”
This proves that Clinton is not nearly as assured of her position as the Washington Post would have you believe when they claim that she has basically stopped campaigning and is planning her White House agenda.
Although for the record, she has basically stopped holding campaign events. But this seems to be related to her health situation.
Hillary Clinton has no campaign rallies scheduled for the foreseeable future.
No campaign rallies are scheduled for the next month! A list of her upcoming events shows a fundraiser she is expected to participate in Sunday August 21st with Cher and then no campaign rallies scheduled into the foreseeable future. The only other event in August that she is currently scheduled to participate in is on August 31st at the American Legion National Convention.
Donald Trump on the other hand continues to outpace Hillary Clinton in rallies and in attendance at campaign events through the first three weeks of August. Trump now has more than doubled the number of events that Clinton has held. Month to date through August 19th Trump has held 24 campaign events to Clinton’s 11. He also has events scheduled Saturday, August 20th through Wednesday, August 24th with Sunday the only day that he is taking off. (Note that this list only includes campaign speaking engagements and not visits with government and corporate leaders which Trump appears to be outpace Clinton as well.)
Due in part to the number of events held, Trump continues to significantly outpace the number of event goers that Clinton has month to date. Trump has accumulated more than 131,000 people at his rallies while Clinton has accumulated only a little more than 10,000. Clinton has given speeches to an estimated 14,500 event goers but one of Clinton’s speeches was to the NABJ/NAHJ which was not a Hillary campaign event. This event had an estimated 4,000 in attendance. When considering only Clinton campaign events Hillary has only 10,500 campaign goers in attendance month to date. As a result Trump has more than 12 times the number of attendees at his events than Hillary.
Even with Trump doubling his campaign spending (mostly buying MAGA hats to distribute), Clinton still spends twice the money he does.
BBC:
Donald Trump’s election campaign doubled its spending last month but still lagged far behind US presidential rival Hillary Clinton, figures show.
The Trump campaign spent $18.5m (£14.1m) in July, compared to his Democratic rival’s $38m.
Mr Trump spent more than $420,000 on hats, but only started major TV adverts this month.
Trump has effectively gotten the media to pay for his campaign. Hillary Clinton doesn’t have this option, as she only has enough energy to do interviews once every few weeks, and they have to be meticulously planned so that she doesn’t get asked about something she doesn’t have an answer for.
