Hoax Lawsuit Against Trump Dismissed!

They’ll have to do more than stupid hoax lawsuits if they want to catch Trump. A better plan would be to travel to an alternate universe, capture a crappier version of Trump and then swap them. You know, a basic bitch plan with a chance of success.

The Jews have been attacking Trump from every front they could find an angle on. They’ve sent lying sluts after him. They’ve attacked his family. They blocked all his moves with Hawaiian judges. And of course, the Jewish specialty, the spurious lawsuits.

But all of these things are in vain.

The Trump yet goes unstumped.

Washington Post:

A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit Thursday alleging that President Trump violated the Constitution’s emoluments clause because his hotels and restaurants do business with foreign governments while he is in office.

“His Hotels.”

He already relinquished control of his business to his family. This is nonsense. If the only people qualified to be President are the ones who own no property and have no interests whatsoever which could be served by the policies they establish, then why not make hobos into politicians?

This guy will have no conflicts of interest. He might make crack legal though.

This is exactly the opposite of what the founding fathers intended. They made land owners the only people who could vote, precisely because they have a stake in the country.

Donald Trump has a massive stake in the country, because he owns a lot of land, buildings and other assets. It’s in his best interest to make sure the country is run properly, unlike the previous monkey President, who wanted America to burn to the ground because of racism or whatever.

The plaintiffs argued that because Trump properties rent out hotel rooms and meeting spaces to other governments, the president was violating a constitutional provision that bans the acceptance of foreign emoluments, or gifts from foreign powers.

Seems legit.

But Judge George B. Daniels of the Southern District of New York ruled that the plaintiffs, led by the government watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), lacked standing to bring such a case, saying it was up to Congress to prevent the president from accepting emoluments.

CREW said it plans to appeal the verdict.

“As the only political branch with the power to consent to violations of the Foreign Emoluments Clause, Congress is the appropriate body to determine whether, and to what extent, Defendant’s conduct unlawfully infringes on that power,” Daniels wrote in his ruling.

The suit was one of the most high-profile efforts to take aim at Trump’s decision to hold onto his hotel and golf-course business while in the White House. However, the president faces similar suits: one filed by a group of congressional Democrats and another filed by the attorneys general of Maryland and the District.

Yeah they’ll just keep coming at him. They know these suits can’t bring him down ultimately, but they’ll still go at it out of pure spite. Maybe they also think this can be a “death by a thousand cuts” scenario or something.

But this harassment is sure to go on, until Trump finally does the right thing and places his enemies in camps – where they belong.
