UPDATE:
Mitt has decided to hold off on his announcement after the shooting in Florida.
Out of respect for the victims and their families, I will not be making an announcement tomorrow about the Senate race. (2/2)

Look, okay. I like Mormons, okay. Generally. They are well-behaved and moral individuals, in my total experience.
However, it is a cult that craves power and so ends up working right next to the Jews when it comes to politics. Yes, everyone works right close to the Jews when it comes to politics – I get that – but Mormons are an extreme in-group that has high levels of trust between individuals – even more so than Irish Catholics – so they end up operating at a much deeper level in the Jew system.
Mitt Romney is disgusting. Remember he was full-on #NeverTrump. Never forget that Mitt was #NeverTrump.
Mitt Romney plans to announce his long-expected U.S. Senate bid on Thursday in his adopted state of Utah with a low-key rollout intended to duck roiling Republican divisions and avoid signaling that he will play the role of foil to President Donald Trump.
Wednesday night, however, Romney said he would delay Thursday’s announcement because of the Florida school shooting in which at least 17 people were killed. “Out of respect for the victims and their families, I will not be making an announcement tomorrow about the Senate race,” he tweeted.
Romney’s eventual rollout will set up a potentially fraught campaign path for the party’s former presidential nominee as he tries to remake himself in Utah. In a Republican Party now dominated by Trump, most mainstream GOP leaders have struggled to stay neutral amid the president’s controversies.
Still, Romney will try.
“This is not a Trump protest candidacy,” former Romney spokesman Ryan Williams said.
Romney is likely to face plenty of questions from reporters – and from within his own party – about his views on Trump and his past statements criticizing the president.
In an early sign of the challenge, Utah Republican Party Chairman Rob Anderson sharply criticized the two-time presidential contender on Wednesday as a political interloper who is disconnected from the state and a potential headache for Trump.
As the country’s top Mormon, he is pretty much guaranteed a win in Utah. Unless we stop him.
Make no mistake about it: this is an attempt to set himself up to seize power. It is very, very possible that he will launch a primary challenge to Trump in 2020. And then when he loses the primary, it is very, very likely that he would then run as a third party candidate in order to give the presidency to whatever candidate the Democrats pick.
Jews are freaking the hell out. And they will do absolutely anything at this point.
Romney needs to be looked at as an extreme threat.
And though I do not necessarily think it is possible to beat him in Utah, we should still try. I don’t know who he’s going up against, but I would encourage everyone in that state to volunteer for the campaign of whoever that is. He might do something nuts. Also, if we can get enough momentum behind his challenger to get a Trump endorsement, then that’s a horse of a different color.
