The topic of reparations for slavery is headed to Capitol Hill for its first hearing in more than a decade with writer Ta-Nehisi Coates and actor Danny Glover set to testify before a House panel.
The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties is scheduled to hold the next Wednesday, its stated purpose “to examine, through open and constructive discourse, the legacy of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade, its continuing impact on the community and the path to restorative justice.” The date of the hearing, June 19, coincides with Juneteenth, a cultural holiday commemorating the emancipation of enslaved blacks in America.
Former Democratic Rep. John Conyers of Michigan, the longtime sponsor of House Resolution 40, first proposed the measure calling for a study of reparations in 1989. Conyers reintroduced the bill every session until his resignation in 2017.
Texas Democratic Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, the resolution’s new sponsor, introduced it earlier this year and pushed for next week’s hearing. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said in February that she supports a reparations study, a topic that hasn’t been the subject of a House hearing since 2007.
Reparations had been a fringe issue and occasional punchline until Coates’ 2014 essay in The Atlantic, “The Case for Reparations,” thrust the topic back into the national discourse. Glover, an activist as well as the star of the “Lethal Weapon” movies and the classics “The Color Purple” and “A Rage in Harlem,” has spoken in favor of the issue for years.

That’s surprisingly unbiased.
There are three main points to talk about regarding that statement of purpose:
- “The legacy of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade”
- “Its continuing impact on the community”
- “The path to restorative justice”
Starting with the legacy of slavery.
Someone shipped some niggers to America in the past. They were forced to work and their owners benefited from it. Fast forward and blacks are suddenly citizens.
Blacks descending from the slaves brought to America are the most privileged blacks in the history of the world. There is no other country on the planet where blacks enjoy the quality of living that they enjoy in America. There’s nowhere better.
They were forced to work. So what? It made them useful. If you don’t force blacks to work and act civilized, the result is Africa, Haiti, and other such shitholes. Slave owners profited more from the blacks’ labor than blacks themselves, but that’s also the case in modern employer-employee relationships.
Blacks are no longer slaves now. The “continuing impact” of slavery on the black community is the privilege of living in the country where blacks enjoy the best quality of life ever. This is easy to verify: just look at Africa and other black countries such as Haiti, look at anywhere else in the world where large populations of blacks inhabit, such as Brazil.
Blacks not living in America are living in Hell.

Not living in Hell just because your ancestors picked some cotton and got hanged after raping white girls is a pretty sweet deal, considering what whites have to put up with nowadays in order for these blacks to call themselves “African-Americans.”
The “path to restorative justice” is not what they expect.
Blacks have objectively benefited more from being enslaved than slave owners benefited from owning them.
Slave owners got:
- Lots of cotton
Blacks got:
- The privilege of living in the best country
- To be considered citizens and equal to the people who created the best country ever
- All the opportunities and comforts that come with living in America
- Free stuff
- White women to fuck, rape and impregnate
- The chance to become rappers
- Money to flex
White Americans got:
- To put up with an army of crazy chimpanzees
- To witness the neighborhoods they grew up in turn into Haiti
- Told that once white women “go black, they never go back”
- Insane amounts of interracial porn where black males are having sex with white women
- Bullied all throughout school by aggressive negroes
- Black Lives Matter
- More awful stuff
Blacks are the ones that should be paying reparations to whites.
That said. Why are we even discussing this? Slave owners were a tiny minority. And the dealers were almost exclusively Jews. Why are the descendants of the common folk who never owned any slaves getting the blame?
