Some people just don’t know when they’re beaten.
It would be almost inspiring… if I wasn’t sure that Bill and Hillary are adding years to their sick, ailing lives because of a special drip diet of stem cells from aborted fetuses.
That kind of makes rumors of Hillary’s second try less like Rocky and more like Nosferatu.
Ready to go through the 2016 election all over again?
Lol, sure.
I could relive that moment again and again for eternity.
Philippe Reines, who worked for Hillary Clinton going back to 2002 and was her senior adviser at the State Department, made the argument to Politico Friday that the former Democratic nominee might actually be the party’s best hope for defeating Trump in 2020. He said no other Democrat has “anywhere near a base of 32 million people,” especially not Sens. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) or Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.). The party, he feels, shouldn’t dismiss her as a failed candidate because she’s “smarter” and “tougher” than most, and she “could raise money easier than most.”
Now that I think about it, the lying journalist is right.
Who is left on the left, really?
Elizabeth Warren just got destroyed.
Bernie cucked out/was cucked. Which raises an interesting question: will his supporters who feel betrayed return to him should he raise his banner again or are they disillusioned by him?
No idea, yet.
But I’m not sure that Bernie had a shot at winning in the first place. That’s probably one of the reasons that the DNC screwed him over. They thought Hillary had a better shot than the actual international Trotskyist.
Then there’s Kamala and Booker.
I will never forget how White people gave Obama a chance… twice. So perhaps it’s not wise to rule out these white-presenting brown people just yet.
That being said, it will be 2020, and the White pity well might be running dry by that time. It will if we have anything to say about it, tbh.
But yeah, Hillary. Hillary might try.
But it doesn’t sound like this is just wishful thinking on his part. He really thinks it could happen, saying the chances of Clinton running in 2020 are “not zero.”
Publicly, Clinton has said she will not run again, but Reines doesn’t sound so sure she’ll keep her word on that. Politico explored Clinton’s careful re-entry into the political arena, noting that she’s going on tour with former President Bill Clinton this fall and has reportedly even called up journalists who cover the White House to put out “the occasional feeler.”
Despite her non-zero interest in public office, her favorability is even lower than it was in 2016. A recent Gallup poll found that Clinton is now polling at 36 percent — five points lower than President Trump.
Things are looking good, eh?
Not one viable Dem candidate and Hillary still mucking around, making things difficult for the DNC because she, presumably, has kompromat on each and every single one of them engaged in baby rape or whatever it is that liberals do for fun nowadays.
I don’t think she’s going to win. But I think she’s delusional enough to try.
