This was a demo held in Malmo last year against the film “The Innocence of Muslims”. While the procession was making its way through the streets, a 62-year-old Swedish man expressed unhappiness about it and made some remark about Mohammed, the supposed founder of the Islamic religion. He was then immediately assaulted by the leader of the demonstration, a 52-year-old Arab. The assault was captured on camera, as you can see above. Despite this, the Swedish court acquitted the Arab, saying his intentions were not clear from the film. (!)
There has been a deathly silence in the Swedish media about this case.
