Whores will keep pushing until they find firm boundaries, and this degeneracy-infested culture is known to be missing those.
Since she was a teenager, Grace Nesbitt, from Philadelphia, U.S, has had cystic acne – the most severe form of acne which causes red, tender bumps under the skin which can be extremely painful and difficult to heal.
The 23-year-old, who works as a stylist, has struggled to eat or smile without being in pain and often refused to leave the house.
But now, she’s decided to embrace her skin and go out without any makeup on for the first time. She has shared the experience on her social media and hopes to inspire others to see beyond their conditions.
‘I realised I needed to embrace my acne and start falling in love with myself again,’ she said.
How about you fix your disgusting fucking face you dirty fucking pus bag cheese-filled front-hole excuse of a woman?
Whatever the fuck happened to the world, man.
This:
Turned into this:
And this:
Turned into this:
Everything will keep getting worse unless we fight back and stop this decay.
Grace explained how she has tried different diets in an attempt to clear her skin; gluten-free, dairy-free and general healthy eating. She has also tried exercising more, as well as undergoing tests to check for any hormone imbalances or allergies which could be causing her flare-ups. So far, she said, nothing has helped.
‘A lot of people like to give their input or their opinions, or tell me what I should be doing. They think I’m not cleaning my face or taking care of my body correctly.
Yeah, no, fuck that. Fuck this stupid whore.
Look.
Many readers are in high-school, which means they’re going through the stage of their lives they’re most likely to get some pimples. If you have acne, know that you have the absolute power to destroy it.
You’ll fucking annihilate that acne, let me tell you.

First thing you should try, as this whore mentioned, is cleaning up your diet. Go do that now. Clean up your diet mentally, and start taking action to physically clean up your diet the moment you finish reading this article. Chances are you’ll see improvements in your skin.
Give it a month. If you see no change after a month, you’ll have to try something different, like separating fats from carbs in your meals. This means you’ll either eat a meal that has carbs and proteins, or a meal that has fats and proteins, and keep meals separated by at least 3 hours, more if possible. This works for many, many people.
Yeah, it sounds weird. But trust me. Try that.
Give that a couple of weeks. If you see little to no change, you could try a week of low-fat (no added fat, choosing naturally low-fat foods) to see how much influence carbs have on your acne. Stop the experiment if you notice your acne getting worse. If it gets worse, you’ll have to either pick better carbohydrate sources or lower the amount of them you eat, or both, and go from there.
You can also try the reverse and go no-carbs or low carbohydrate for a week to see how your body reacts.
Furthermore, any pharmaceutical drugs should be cut out. Various anti-depressants (which you shouldn’t be taking anyway) have been known to cause this issue.
The Final Solution
If none of that works, you’ll have to go full Mikhaila Peterson.
No, I don’t mean the steak and bourbon diet. I mean stop eating everything, fast for a couple of days (drink some water though) so your digestive system shuts down and your acne begins to heal, and then introduce one food per week. You’ll be eating mono-meals of the same thing every day for the first week, and if everything’s alright and acne is not getting worse, you’ll introduce a new single food, so your second week’s meals will be composed of only two foods.
For example, you could introduce either fatty steak or some good carbohydrate source like sweet potatoes for the first week, and for the second week, some leafy green like lettuce or whatever. Third week, new food, fourth week, new food. The point is for you to be able to accurately monitor the changes each food produces in your body. You are debugging your body and your diet. Congratulations, you’re a Nazi bio-engineer now.
(Once you find a food that triggers your acne, remove it from your diet. Don’t bother looking into foods that only trigger acne when combined with other foods unless your autism level is over 9000.)
You have to start from scratch, which means after a short fast. You won’t lose muscle mass for fasting 24 hours. Don’t freak out if you look like you did. When glycogen goes, you’ll look “depleted.” You’ll go back to “normal” once you have some carbs.
You don’t even need to “go a day” without food either, because you can have dinner and then stop eating until the next day at the same time you had dinner, and you’ll go to bed with a full stomach, and you’ll sleep like a baby.
Oh, and don’t use the acne creams doctors want to put in your skin. Those are sterilizing poison. They are just another pharmaceutical hoax, like OxyContin.
Lifestyle changes aside from diet… the basics: clean or shower as soon as possible after you’ve sweated, don’t shower excessively so your skin doesn’t go nuts producing its natural oils, don’t be a filthy whore.
Clean, natural soap is all you might need, and it’s possible that no soap at all should be tried if that doesn’t work (just warm water with some scrubbing).
Obesity is not an incurable genetic disease, and cystic acne is not an incurable genetic disease either.
You can defeat those curses.
Don’t give up.
