In Iowa, the government is now required to pay for sex change operations because they are “medically necessary.”
To anybody who thought America was not progressing as a country, this news will surely change your mind. The Iowa Supreme Court has just ruled that taxpayers must pay for sex change surgeries.
The Iowa Supreme Court ruled unanimously Friday that Medicaid must cover gender transition surgeries, reasoning that the procedures are medically necessary.
EerieAnna Good and Carol Ann Beal, transgender women backed by the ACLU, had sued the Iowa Department of Human Services for its policy against funding transition surgeries, calling it discriminatory. The DHS had considered transition surgery to be cosmetic without medical purpose.
Iowa Supreme Court Justice Susan Christensen wrote that the DHS’ existing “bar on Medicaid coverage for gender-affirming surgical procedures discriminates against transgender Medicaid recipients in Iowa” under Iowa civil rights laws. In 2007 Iowa legislators added “gender identity” to the Iowa Civil Rights Act.
That’s right folks. If you were born a male and you have an overwhelming urge to get your dick chopped off, the American taxpayer will pay for it. At least if you live in Iowa they will.
This whole agenda to normalize “gender fluidity,” trannies and other mental disorders has moved at such a rapid pace that it is honestly hard to fathom. The vast majority of the American people do not have these weird mental disorders involving their gender identity or sexuality. That’s why it is so ridiculous that we as a society are told that we are bad people for not accepting this fringe group of mentally ill people as normal. In fact, we are told that we have to make special accommodations for these insane persons. Having Medicaid pay for these mentally ill individuals to mutilate their genitals is just the latest example of this.
America is certainly progressing but it is progressing in a direction that is highly unfavorable. Once we see full mainstream acceptance of gender fluidity and trannies, we will see the Jewish establishment push even greater evils. They will soon try to normalize pederasty, bestiality, incest and other horrors.
It is truly terrible what’s happening, I miss the good old days when crazy faggots had to rob banks to pay for sex change operations. Things were better then.
