Above is an IQ map of European nations (plus Turkey).
You can draw your own conclusions from this, but clearly immigration is relevant to the statistics in some of these countries (presumably it would only include those with citizenship though). Bosnia and Albania are low because of their race-mixing. In the Balkans, gypsies are being included in the numbers, otherwise the Slavs of Yugoslavia would have the same IQ as Russia, as they are basically the exact same group of people.
Note that the Ukraine doesn’t have a relevant number of gypsies.
There are obviously other relevant factors to consider, but again, you may draw your own conclusions.
