Israeli Jews Increasingly Scared That They Could be Charged with War Crimes, Preparing Legal Defense

The cowardly pig demon Israeli Jews who participated in the slaughter of countless Palestinian women and children are now looking at the possibility that they will be charged with war crimes.  It appears as if the Jews are already preparing a legal defense in which they will claim that Hamas was responsible for war crimes because they allegedly used Gaza residents as human shields.

This ridiculous argument from the Israelis sounds increasingly more insane every time they use it.  It is nothing but propaganda designed to justify the slaughter of Palestinians through indiscriminate bombing campaigns.  Even if Hamas was using people as human shields it does not excuse the Israelis for going forward and killing them.  This is typical Jew logic at its finest.  They project all of their criminality on to the victims of their crimes.

Officials in Israel have grown increasingly concerned that the scope of damage and high casualty figures in Gaza will lead to a harsh report from a U.N. commission of inquiry appointed by the organization’s Human Rights Council, and which could potentially result in indictments for war crimes against senior Israelis at the International Criminal Court at The Hague.

The expected legal campaign after the fighting ends has greatly occupied the diplomatic-defense echelon in recent days and has been discussed in detail in the cabinet and other meetings. The concern is that once the fighting stops and news outlets have better access in Gaza to cover the scope of the devastation to property and lives, the criticism over Israel’s use of force will significantly increase throughout the world and create a dangerous tidal wave of world opinion that will influence political leaders, primarily in Western Europe.

Senior Israeli officials are speaking of a legal challenge that would make the Goldstone report pale in comparison. The main concern stems from seemingly formal reasons: While the Goldstone report was labeled a “commission of inquiry,” the current committee appointed by the UNHRC is labeled a “commission of investigation.” The legal significance of the difference is disconcerting: While a commission of inquiry can produce nothing more than a declarative report, an investigative commission, if it arrives at any conclusions, can submit its findings to the ICC. In such a scenario, Israeli politicians and senior IDF officers involved in the fighting could be targeted, along with anyone involved in specific incidents categorized as “war crimes.”

In an effort to nip the expected investigation in the bud, a comprehensive team of experts has been established to prepare Israel’s activity on the legal front. Heading the team is the chief of the IDF’s Planning Directorate, Maj. Gen. Nimrod Sheffer. Other members come from various government bodies (the Prime Minister’s Office, the Foreign Ministry, Defense Ministry and Justice Ministry), along with a wide array of legal and media/PR consultants. The team is not only charged with preparing Israel’s defense to the UNHRC investigative commission, but also with organizing a diplomatic and public relations offensive which Israel will commence immediately at the war’s end. The crux of the PR campaign will focus on “exposing” Hamas’ widespread exploitation of civilians and civilian infrastructure in Gaza, which resulted in the large number of innocent lives lost and extensive damage to property.

Israel will seek to convince the investigators that the party responsible for committing war crimes was Hamas, which used the residents of Gaza as human shields.
