Wait, what? You mean to tell me that the Israeli state is encouraging births? Wow, Nazis, smdh.
Bad news. It seems we won’t be able to ship all the Jews back to Israel. Apparently, it’s full or something.
Oh well.
I hear Madagascar still has room…
Thus it came to pass that the population of the Jewish state burgeoned tenfold, from about 800,000 in 1948 to over 8 million today. In the shadow of the Shoah and given the desperate plight of world Jewry in general, demographer and environmentalist Alon Tal agrees that Israel’s embrace of Jewry was a necessity. But, he argues: Dayeinu (enough) – the land is full.
There’s TOO MANY JEWS in here! We’re FULL!
Literally so. In his new sober, must-read book, “The Land is Full: Addressing Overpopulation in Israel” (Yale University Press), Tal, a professor at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, describes how after nearly 70 years of promoting immigration and advancing policies aimed at deliberately spurring Jewish population growth, the country’s roads, education system, health-care facilities and infrastructure in general – indeed, the very environment – are all groaning at the seams.
Wait a minute here.
If you don’t start importing millions of brown people, who’ll pay for your pensions?
I’m confused here. I thought we always needed infinity population growth?
Are you saying that Britain and France should stop taking in immigrants as well? Their infrastructure is being strained by all these brown people – they surely could use a break.
And what about this global pollution problem we have going on? Maybe we should try to limit the growth of these third world populations who do nothing but consume resources and turn everything into giant trash heaps.
This is, like, the middle of a African village. What purpose do these people serve?
It’s almost as if the policies the Jews are promoting for the goyim are the opposite of the ones they want for their precious Israel.
Hmmm…
