It’s Like Christmas: Sessions for AG, Gen Flynn as National Security Advisor

Honestly, I didn’t even expect this to all come together so beautifully. It’s like we’re going to get absolutely everything we wanted.

Fox News:

President-elect Donald Trump on Friday announced his first two Cabinet picks: Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions as attorney general and Kansas Rep. Mike Pompeo as CIA director.

Trump also confirmed that he called on retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn to be his national security adviser.

Sessions, Pompeo and Flynn have all been outspoken critics of President Obama and how his administration has handled terrorism and national security.

In picking Sessions and Flynn, Trump is rewarding two loyalists who were among his most ardent supporters during the presidential campaign.

Trump praised all three men in a lengthy written statement, calling Sessions “a world-class legal mind” who is “greatly admired by legal scholars and virtually everyone who knows him.”

Sessions, who accepted Trump’s offer and awaits confirmation hearings by the Senate, said he looks forward to fulfilling his duties “with an unwavering dedication to fairness and impartiality.”

Trump said Pompeo “will be a brilliant and unrelenting leader for our intelligence community to ensure the safety of Americans and our allies.”

He said Flynn, a retired Army lieutenant general and former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, “will be by my side as we work to defeat radical Islamic terrorism, navigate geopolitical challenges and keep Americans safe at home and abroad.”

Trump is a foreign policy novice, and his early moves on national security are being closely watched both domestically and globally.

Like Sessions, Pompeo will need to be confirmed by the Senate before assuming the role. Flynn does not require confirmation.

Even though Republicans control the Senate, Sessions could face obstacles with his confirmation.

The reason he might face trouble?

Because he’s a racist and most of these RINOs (Republican in Name Only) in Congress are filthy cuck traitors to the White race and the GOP.

As Huffington Post tells us:

The man who President-elect Donald Trump will nominate as the 84th attorney general of the United States was once rejected as a federal judge over allegations he called a black attorney “boy,” suggested a white lawyer working for black clients was a race traitor, joked that the only issue he had with the Ku Klux Klan was their drug use, and referred to civil rights groups as “un-American” organizations trying to “force civil rights down the throats of people who were trying to put problems behind them.”

Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), an early Trump supporter who has been playing a major role on the Trump transition team, met with the president-elect in New York on Thursday. In a statement, the Trump team said the president-elect was “unbelievably impressed” with Sessions.

On Friday morning, Trump and Sessions confirmed that Sessions had been offered the attorney general position.

J. Gerald Hebert remembers Sessions’ time as the top federal prosecutor in Mobile, Alabama, well. Speaking to The Huffington Post earlier this month, Hebert said he was stunned that an Attorney General Jeff Sessions is a possibility.

More than three decades ago, Hebert was in his 30s and working on voting rights cases for the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division. He was based in D.C. but spent time in Alabama working with Sessions, who was a U.S. attorney in Ronald Reagan’s administration.

“He was very affable, always wanting to have a conversation, a cup of coffee,” Hebert said. “Over the course of those months, I had a number of conversations with him, and in a number of those conversations he made remarks that were deeply concerning.”

After Sessions was nominated to be a federal judge in 1986, Hebert appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee to testify about these remarks. It was unusual for a career DOJ lawyer to testify about a judicial nominee’s character, and Hebert said at the time that he did so with “very mixed feelings,” telling senators he considered Sessions “a friend.” Hebert told them Sessions had “a tendency to pop off” and that he was “not a very sensitive person when it comes to race relations.”

HuffPost reviewed a transcript of the Sessions’ 1986 confirmation hearings. In this selection, Hebert testified that he had once relayed comments about a white lawyer being described as a race traitor, and that Sessions had responded by saying “he probably is”:

And it goes on,

you can go read the whole thing. He said the only problem with the KKK is that they smoke marijuana.

Anyway, all you regular readers know who this guy is, but they’re digging up “racist past” stuff now showing that he is more based than we ever could have begun to imagine.

General Flynn is equally based.

He is pro-Russia and anti-Jew.

From Jerusalem Post, back in July:

Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn accused presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton of corruption in cahoots with Jewish people on Twitter on Sunday, in a message he promptly deleted.

The former general– who GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump considered for his running mate, and who last week delivered a primetime speech to the Republican National Convention– was responding to accusations by the Clinton campaign that Russia was behind a hack of the Democratic National Committee, and a subsequent leak of e-mails, in order to help Trump’s candidacy.

Flynn wrote that “the corrupt Democratic machine will do and say anything” to get Clinton elected. “This is a new low,” he said, retweeting a message that read: “Not anymore, Jews. Not anymore.”

He has since apologized for the retweet, calling it “a mistake.”

Yeah – whoops!

Basically, we are looking at a Daily Stormer Dream Team in the Trump administration.

I mean, you add these two to Steve Bannon, rumors of even Steve King getting in… wow.

I don’t know anything about the CIA guy, reading his Wikipedia he doesn’t seem great, but whatever. We’re winning hard here. Most of the appointments are exactly what we want.

Of course, I was thinking of Sessions for either Secretary of State or Defense, but I think Trump is making a point by putting an aggressive anti-Black racist in as AG. It’s a corrective measure, after Obama turned the Justice Department into the Black Panthers.

Hopefully he will end up just giving the Secretary of State or Defense spot to Flynn. Unless he’s planning on making him chief of intelligence, which would also make sense.

Rudy’s still going to be given something. He and Christie both obviously get paid back for having been early endorsers. Magic Ben turned his spot down, so they’re the only two left who are going to get something by default.

I guess Christie will be head of Homeland Security and Giuliani will be Secretary of State. I don’t know how it makes any sense to put a former mayor in as Secretary of State – seems like it would have made more sense for Sessions or Flynn to get that position. But whatever, I’m not second-guessing at this point. Trump appears to know what the hell is going on and Kushner appears to be failing to get in the way.
