The labor ministry is expected to soon require unlisted companies, in addition to those that are already listed, to disclose the ratio of women employed in managerial positions
The move was included in the draft of a report compiled July 19 by a ministry panel tasked with discussing revisions to the law on the promotion of women’s advancement in the workplace.
In addition to listed companies, unlisted ones will be required by law to actively promote female employees.
It has been mandatory since 2023 for listed companies to disclose the ratio of female managers in their annual securities reports.

Companies with 301 or more employees are currently required to disclose the wage gap between men and women. The report proposes expanding the criteria to companies with 101 or more employees.
The stupidest thing is: yes, when you tell women to work, it increases the workforce.
But they don’t have kids. So overtime, it decimates the workforce.
This is not complicated math.
I thought Asians were supposed to be good at math.
