Japan: Country Stunned as Only 0.8% of Top Companies Have Women CEOs

Why is this not your primary concern?

Japan might be an entire nation of pedophiles, totally sterile, and a contractor for Jewish terrorism.

But they’re still a lot less ridiculous than white countries.

Japan has only 13 female Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) across approximately 1,600 top-listed companies in the country, a survey by Tokyo-based Kyodo News revealed.

The survey highlights that the Asian country is still struggling to increase diversity among its corporate decision-makers.

According to the survey, women lead just 0.8 per cent of the 1643 firms listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s top-tier prime market. The data is based on investigations of fiscal 2023 financial statements released by the end of August.

The declining number also underlines the uphill struggle Japan’s government faces in reaching its target of having women in at least 30 per cent of executive roles by the end of the decade.

To further increase the number of female executives in the sector, the Japanese government has asked top-listed firms to raise the proportion of female executives to 30 per cent or more by 2030.

Last year, the figure increased to 16.2 per cent or 3,052 women, up from 1,502 in fiscal 2019.

Oh.

So the government is now demanding more female CEOs.

Yeah, they really are just a slave of the Anal Empire.

Think of it: it’s not like it’s against the law to hire female CEOs. So, either women are less competent than men, or companies are purposefully losing money by hiring less competent CEOs because they are sexists. The latter is what the Jews demand you believe. However, if this were the case, some competitor would arise, a company run totally by women, and completely destroy male companies by outperforming them, using the power of vagina.

If women are both ultra-competent (more competent than men, according to the claims by Jews) and male companies refuse to hire them because of sexism, women should easily be able to take over all of Japan by making competing companies.

Right?

Is this not just totally obvious?

So then, because that is not happening, the only actual explanation for why no one hires female CEOs is that women are less competent than men. That means that the Japanese government, by demanding companies hire women CEOs, is demanding that these companies become less competent.

The whole world is being Boeingized.

The sad part is, most Japanese people have probably never even heard of George Floyd, so they don’t even know why the Americans are coming to their country and making these demands.

Japan is doomed

The Japanese need to simply apologize for all of those war crimes they did and then align with the Chinese.

Or, they can just let their country be completely destroyed by Jews for literally no reason.
