The subversive lying Jew Adam Schiff was on CNN Sunday falsely claiming that President Trump can’t build a border wall through a national emergency declaration.
Top House Democrat Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) on Sunday said President Trump “doesn’t have the power” to declare a national emergency over the border.
“So that’s a non-starter,” the incoming House Intelligence Committee chairman told CNN’s “State of the Union.”
Trump since Friday has been threatening to declare a national emergency in order to build a wall along the southern U.S. border.
“I may decide a national emergency depending on what happens over the next few days,” Trump told reporters on Sunday.
Yeah so based on this Jew’s logic, if Mexico mobilized its military and invaded Texas, the President of the United States couldn’t do anything about it. It is patently insane for him to say that the executive branch of the federal government has no power to deal with problems on the border. Issues pertaining to the border are directly related to the national security of the country and well within the scope of presidential powers.
Fellow Democrat Dick Durbin promised that an army of Jewish lawyers would file legal challenges if President Trump tried to build a border wall using executive powers.
Senate Minority Whip Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) on Sunday also warned of a legal challenge if Trump bypasses Congress and declares a national emergency to have a wall built.
“I can just tell you, I don’t know what he’s basing this on, but he’s faced so many lawsuits when he ignores the law and ignores tradition and precedent and just goes forward without any concern,” Durbin said on CBS’s “Face the Nation.”
“He’ll face a challenge, I’m sure, if he oversteps what the law requires when it comes to his responsibility as commander in chief,” Durbin added.
National emergencies can absolutely be declared by the President of the United States for a wide variety of purposes. They can also be used to justify construction projects or the deployment of resources during said emergency. Democrat Congressman Adam Smith correctly pointed out that presidential emergency powers were used to build facilities in Afghanistan and Iraq.
The new Democratic chairman of the House Armed Services Committee said Sunday that President Donald Trump is empowered to declare a national emergency as a mechanism for constructing a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border, but warned that such a maneuver would likely be met with a legal challenge.
“Unfortunately, the short answer is yes,” Rep. Adam Smith of Washington told host George Stephanopoulos during an interview on ABC’s “This Week,” noting that national emergency declarations have been used previously to build facilities in Afghanistan and Iraq.
So if there is precedent to construct buildings on the other side of the world using a presidential national emergency declaration, there is absolutely justification to construct a wall on the southern border using the same mechanism. To say otherwise is patently ridiculous and absurd.
The problem is that it doesn’t matter what the law says or what legal precedent there is. Jews like Schiff and others will come up with all sorts of bullshit excuses explaining why a border wall can’t be built under an emergency declaration. From there they will go judge shopping to issue a ruling in their favor.
But seeing these Jews fight tooth and nail to prevent the construction of an obviously needed border wall is particularly maddening. Their fellow Jewish tribesmen over in Israel built an enormous concrete wall system to keep Palestinians out. And contrary to Democrat talking points falsely claiming that walls are not effective, it seems to have worked out pretty well for the Jews.
Israel has also built an elaborate fence system on its border with Egypt to keep out Africans. It, like the concrete wall, has been effective at restricting crossings.
The hypocrisy from these Jews is truly a sight to behold. They’re fine with Israel having as many walls and fences as it needs to control its borders. But when it comes to the goyim in the United States, they’re the first one’s claiming a hundred different reasons why our borders can’t be secured properly.
Jews like Schiff and their Democrat allies want open borders so the United States is flooded with as much third world filth as possible. It is crazy that these people have any sort of political support when they’ve adopted a position openly opposing the security and safety of the American people.
All this circus proves is that Jews are a direct threat to the national security of the United States and they should all be removed as soon as possible.
