(((Kurt Eichenwald))) is seriously mentally disturbed, and a pathological liar to boot. Eichenwald’s claim of having a seizure after a user named @Jew_Goldstein sent him a GIF is probably a lie, and even if it wasn’t, no crime was committed (unless you’re going to start arresting the makers of Japanese children’s cartoons for causing seizures). That hasn’t stopped a team of pro-bono Jewish lawyers and the FBI from tracking down and arresting the Twitter user.
Justice in America is only for (((those))) who can buy it.
When the journalist Kurt Eichenwald opened an animated image sent to him on Twitter last December, the message “You deserve a seizure for your posts” appeared in capital letters along with a blinding strobe light. Mr. Eichenwald, who has epilepsy, has said he immediately suffered a seizure.
On Friday, the F.B.I. said it had arrested and charged a man for sending the electronic file, though the agency did not immediately release the suspect’s name or specify the criminal charges.The unusual case has shown how online tools can be deployed as weapons capable of physical harm. Mr. Eichenwald said the attacker used the strobe light knowing that the visual elements were likely to lead Mr. Eichenwald, who has publicly discussed his epilepsy, into a seizure.
Steven Lieberman, Mr. Eichenwald’s lawyer, has argued that the use of the strobe light in a GIF, or moving graphic, was akin to sending an explosive or poison in the mail.
“This electronic message was no different than a bomb sent in the mail or anthrax sent in an envelope,” said Mr. Lieberman, who is working on the case as a pro bono service. “It triggers a physical effect.” (Mr. Lieberman has previously represented The New York Times, and Mr. Eichenwald was a reporter for The Times from 1986-2006.)
It’s improbable that any charges will stick, but the precedent the FBI is setting here is shocking. Eichenwald’s main mission with these theatrics was simply to dox and use terror -litigation to cow @Jew_Goldstein into silence, thus making an example out of what happens when you dare confront a Jew for lying. Jews love making examples of Goyim.
I never expected the FBI to oblige in aiding this psychopath’s delusions. Even with Trump’s election, the rest of American society continues to get less free, especially the judicial branch. Some FBI agents are working as private Stasi agents for Eichenwald and his team of lawyers over nothing, and you better believe that the Anti-Defamation League is involved here as well.
All lovers of free speech must rally around @Jew_Goldstein to help him pay for his defense. There may even be grounds for suing the FBI for using their powers irresponsibly.
