Well, the Jewish terrorists of the JDL might be facing hate crimes charges for attacking an Arab – something which no one even cares about – but the Jewish terrorist Shia LaBeouf won’t face any charges at all for his racially motivated hate crime attack on the Hitler Did Nothing Wrong Guy.

The assault charges against actor-turned-artist Shia LaBeouf for his involvement in an altercation at an anti-Trump art installation have been dropped.
The 30-year-old was arrested last January in New York at his anti-Trump art installation which invited members of the public to stand in front of a 24-hour live streaming camera and repeat the phrase: “He Will Not Divide Us.”
While at the installation, LaBeouf was filmed pushing a man after he said “Hitler did nothing wrong,” allegedly scratching him in the process.
Shia LaBeouf assaulted another dude who disagreed with him about politics.
But Shia wants to stop "division".

The actor later took to the livestream’s camera to ask: “How are we going to make this sh*t OK to be a Nazi out here?,” before he was arrested by the NYPD.
The live feed outside of New York’s Museum of the Moving Image continued to stream during the arrest and caught the actor as he was led away in handcuffs.
Shia, if you Jews didn’t want it to be made okay to be a Nazi, you should have engaged in some very different behavior over the last 60 years.
You’ve made a lot of people very, very angry, Jews.
The assault and harassment charges were dropped because of insufficient evidence, according CNN, citing a spokeswoman for the district attorney in Queens.

How is that not “sufficient evidence”?
There is also sufficient evidence to charge him with a racially motivated federal hate crime, given that the attack was based on the man’s profession of belief in the innocence of Adolf Hitler. Adolf Hitler is a symbol of white people, hated by the Jews who have created a nonsensical fantasy story about him killing six million people for no reason.
This case clearly demonstrates Jewish privilege and the anti-white bias of the justice system.
