The whole program has been a waste of money and is actually backfiring. Homosexuals in these regions are now being more aggressively targeted. Not a surprise considering the response Barack Obama got when he tried to sell his love of dick sucking and anal sex to the Kenyans.
There is no reason for our nations to interfere in the internal affairs of African nations. If Negroes want to execute homosexuals, eat them or whatever, that is their business not ours.
