Jobbik MPs Throw EU Flags Out the Window of the Hungarian Parliament

Jobbik MPs, in protest of the fact that foreigners can buy property in Hungary, and in protest of the EU more generally, threw EU flags out the window of the Hungarian Parliament building.

MP Tamás Gaudi-Nagy said that with the passage of laws which allow foreign purchase of land, the nation of Hungary becomes the prey of alien powers.  He called the EU flags a “symbol of colonialism,” and said that they had no place in the Hungarian National Assembly.

We should observe the power of theatrics here.  What these men did, physically, is more meaningful than ten thousand speeches, regardless of the fact that the flags were returned to their spot in the Parliament immediately afterward. Symbolic, dramatic action is what moves the hearts of men.

It is worthy of note that the majority of the aliens buying up land in Hungary are Jews.
