Even professional black athletes in peak condition can’t keep from drowning.

He thought he could do the white sport of hockey, he must be able to do the white activity of going for a dip.

Nope!

SAD!

ESPN:

Former NHL goaltender Ray Emery drowned while swimming in his hometown of Hamilton, Ontario, on Sunday. He was 35.

According to the Hamilton Police Department, Emery was reported missing just after 6 a.m. Sunday in Hamilton Harbour, which is on the western tip of Lake Ontario. His body was recovered in proximity to where he was last seen later in the afternoon, police said.

Inspector Marty Schulenberg said that the drowning does not appear to be suspicious. He said first responders were not able to locate Emery right away so they called the dive unit. The search took longer than anticipated because of concerns for the dive team.

“It’s a lengthy process and safety is paramount to our divers,” he said. “We need to take the time do it safely and that’s what the delay was.”

Schulenberg called Emery’s death a “case of misadventure.”

A post-mortem was to be completed Monday.

“Mr. Emery was taking a swim this morning and the circumstances around that are a part of the investigation,” Schulenberg said. “Those details remain to be uncovered by our investigators.”

Yah, maybe he was drowned by racists or Donald Trump or someone.

Could even be a viral PR stunt for the much anticipated relaunch of the Trad Worker Party.

*EXCITEMENT BUILDS*

But yeah, probably not.

Blacks have smaller chest cavities than whites, different bone density – they just sink in the water.

JP Rushton writes in Race, Evolution and Behavior (pg. 163):

Body structure differences likely account for the differential success of blacks at sporting events. Blacks are disproportionately successful in sports involving running and jumping but not at all successful at sports such as swimming. For example in the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, blacks won every men’s running race. On the other hand, no black swimmer has ever qualified for the U.S. Olympic swim team. The bone density differences mentioned above may be a handicap for swimming.

So look, when the negropocalypse happens, you’re gonna wanna remember this.

Just swim out in some river or lake. They can’t follow you.
