I’ve long wanted to write a zombie/post-apocalyptic novel where the real enemy were those who dared deem the zombies a threat, with a Zombie Rights Center (ZRC) growing in power to fight the urge to kill the undead.
Civilization might be on the verge of collapse, but the ZRC stands athwart any move or legislation that would actually deem the zombies the true threat and cause of societal collapse.
A metaphor, if you will…
Zombies have rights too!
In 2009, The Nation put out a strange piece titled “Katrina’s Hidden Race War.”
CNN produced a glowing segment on this piece, which proves the idea of the ZRC a truth far stranger than fiction could ever provide.
