I’d want to lash out too, if I had to wear a garbage bag all day.
I’m very disappointed.
After Trump’s victory, we encouraged everyone to start taunting these Moslems in public.
I had assumed our guys just started doing IRL trolling, as was planned.
It turns out, the female Haji just made up the whole thing.
Sigh.
A Muslim woman who reported that three men taunted her aboard a New York City subway train, yelling “Donald Trump” and calling her a terrorist, has apparently made it all up.
How dare you get my hopes up… Don’t play with my feelings like that.
Police say 18-year-old Yasmin Seweid was arrested Wednesday on charges of filing a false report and obstructing governmental administration. It wasn’t clear if the Baruch College student had a lawyer.
Seweid first told police the incident happened on Dec. 1 as the train pulled into Grand Central Station.
She claimed the men told her “you don’t belong here” and referred to her hijab as a “rag.” She also reported that one of the men grabbed her bag, breaking the strap, and another tried to take off her hijab.
Police originally investigated the case as an anti-Muslim bias incident.
Ah, of course, real Trump supporters wouldn’t do something so crass as assaulting some random Moslem woman.
This is what they do. They associate simple expression of opinions and feelings (“you don’t belong here”) with violence against these people. This makes it easier to portray anyone who questions immigration as some sort of unhinged thug.
So instead of investigating a simple assault, it’s now a “anti-Muslim bias incident” – whatever that means.
But make no mistake, just telling immigrants that they don’t belong here, and that they should go back home, isn’t illegal.
Imagine if she had made a police report about men telling her hurtful things in the subway.
These invaders keep whining that we’re all racists, that we make them feel unwelcome. That complete nonsense.
They’re feeling very cozy here. For now.
Once they can’t go to the grocery store without being told to go back, we’re going to start seeing a lot of self-deportation.
