Daily Stormer

The rise of the paywall is great for the Daily Stormer. Because we’re not doing that, meaning pretty soon you will only be able to get normal news here. I will pay for the paywalls and then report on the stories for all yall.
It’s also great to see that the news is struggling so much to make cash – this isn’t just about adblockers, most of those have been neutralized anyway over the last year*. A lot of people are already just reading the Daily Stormer, or getting their stuff on YouTube.

For those looking for free news online, the search is becoming harder.
Tougher restrictions on online content have boosted digital paid subscriptions at many news organizations, amid a growing trend keeping content behind a “paywall.”
Free news has by no means disappeared, but recent moves by media groups and Facebook and Google supporting paid subscriptions is forcing free-riders to scramble.
For some analysts, the trend reflects a normalization of a situation that has existed since the early internet days that enabled consumers to get accustomed to the notion of free online content.
“I think there is a definite trend for people to start paying for at least one news source,” said Rebecca Lieb, an analyst who follows digital media for Kaleido Insights.
Lieb said consumers have become more amenable to paying for digital services and that investigative reporting on politics in Washington and elsewhere has made consumers aware of the value of journalism.
Yeah, a European-style socialist like Lieb would say that. In the Jew news itself.
I’m sure enough people are paying to keep these companies going, but the purpose was never to be profitable – it was always about being a brainwashing outlet. So the goal is always to maximize the number of viewers of the content. At least that is true for the big outlets like NYT and WaPo, both of which now have soft paywalls**.
A study last year by the Media Insight Project found 53 percent of Americans have paid for at least one news subscription. A separate report by Oxford University’s Reuters Institute found two-thirds of European newspapers used a pay model.
I actually did not have any idea that many people paid.
That just makes me sicker with regards to how few people donate to the Daily Stormer. I know it is difficult to do bitcoin, you guys, but come on – I’m out here every single day for like, 10 hours minimum. If you include the time I spend on the phone with people related to the movement, emails and chats and so on, I basically work all but 3-4 of waking hours.
More importantly, I’m paying an entire staff. Plus there are all these fees associated with the shutting down. Not to even mention my legal fees. And I want to expand it. But there isn’t any money coming in now, and hasn’t been since Hatreon shut. Like, there is virtually nothing. People used to mail checks, but the box got shut.
I need to ask more, I know, but if you’re seeing this now, know that I always need money. I don’t ask because I don’t really like to ask, and I also forget. But come on now guys.
I am sick of saying “oh I’ll figure out some way to process credit cards some day” – there is no actual evidence that that will ever happen. Hatreon was supposed to start working again last month, but it did not. Cody is a solid guy, but I don’t know if he’s going to figure that out or what.

People are giving a shitton of money to the kikes for their news. What does it say that you guys don’t support non-kike news – basically the only non-kike news.
And look, I understand some of you are broke and if that’s the case okay whatever, don’t worry about it. Though I think if you’re reading the site every day, you can at least afford to send $20 a year or something. Look at it as a SUBSCRIPTION that I am just not charging for reasons of wanting to maximize viewership but which you are morally obligated to pay.
Everyone can surely afford something to keep this train rolling.
And if you’re rich and you think this is important what we are doing here – then what the hell are you doing? Send us a large amount of cash!
*Actually, Adguard has been working well for me in blocking the adblock blockers.
**A “soft paywall” is one where you get five free articles based on your browser cookies. You can get around that by opening an incognito window, which isn’t storing cookies.
