These Diversity enforcers just don’t get it. The whole point of a successful business is that whatever it has been doing has proved successful. For some insane reason the left think that successful businesses are somehow not being successful enough and the State needs to step in and force them to employ people based solely on what colour they are, or what positions they take in bed.

A Labour pledge to force companies to employ more women and ethnic minority board members was criticised by business leaders yesterday.
Shadow Justice Secretary Sadiq Khan said Labour could legislate to force firms to be more diverse.
Current figures were “truly disgraceful”, with more than half of FTSE 100 companies having no non-white directors and two-thirds no full-time minority executives at board level, he said.
“The next Labour government will work to change this,” he added.
Lisa Buckingham, senior diversity adviser at the Institute of Directors, said it believed diversity improved board decision-making but added: “We are equally certain legislation is not the way to achieve this goal.”
Women held 21 per cent of FTSE 100 board positions – up from 13 per cent in 2011. She said the IoD was focusing on helping ethnic entrepreneurs to become future business leaders.
