Limp-Wristed Redditor Reminds Us of the Dangers of Soy

Seriously.

Look at this shit.

Even as late as 2016, I would have assumed that this was one of /ourguys/ trolling the libtards of Reddit, like that Nazi who infiltrated /r/SandersForPresident and inserted a “my wife’s son” comment into his final post.

But nope. This is a genuine thread, from a genuine user, with genuine responses.

And it doesn’t surprise me. Not any more.

I know it’s been said countless times before, but it bears repeating for eternity: don’t eat soy, goy!

All soy products contain plant compounds called isoflavones that mimic estrogen in the human body, transforming our men into Hillary-voting, refugee-welcoming, feminism-supporting, bra-requiring faggots like our little Reddit friend.

I’m not joking about the bra, by the way. Here’s what the journal Endocrine Practice says about soy consumption:

A 60-year-old man was referred to the endocrinology clinic for evaluation of bilateral gynecomastia of 6 months’ duration. He reported erectile dysfunction and decreased libido.

Because of the normal findings from the imaging evaluation, the patient was interviewed again, and he described a daily intake of 3 quarts of soy milk. After he discontinued drinking soy milk, his breast tenderness resolved and his estradiol concentration slowly returned to normal.

The journal Nutrition acknowledges similar effects:

Previous research has focused on the beneficial effects of soy and its active ingredients, isoflavones. For instance, soy consumption has been associated with lower cardiovascular and breast cancer risks. However, the number of reports demonstrating adverse effects of isoflavones due to their estrogenlike properties has increased. We present the case of a 19-y-old type 1 diabetic but otherwise healthy man with sudden onset of loss of libido and erectile dysfunction after the ingestion of large quantities of soy-based products in a vegan-style diet.

This case indicates that soy product consumption is related to hypogonadism and erectile dysfunction.

But, as we all know, visual evidence is best evidence:

“Real communism has never been tried!”

“It’s not gay if the penis is feminine!”

“Suggesting that women need to be kept in cages for their own good is really mean and causes division in the movement.”

Unfortunately, “avoiding soy” isn’t simply a case of avoiding Soylent, soy milk, soy sauce or other well-known soy products. By sheer cohencidence, soy derivatives are added to a lot of foods that wouldn’t – and shouldn’t – normally contain them.

This link contains a list of the biggest offenders, but here are a few of them:

… pizza bases, baked goods, breaded foods…

… hamburger patties, hotdogs, cold cuts…

… pasta, cereal, crackers…

If you follow the paleo diet, then you won’t need to worry about accidental soy consumption 99% of the time because unprocessed, single-ingredient foods don’t contain it. But it’s still a good idea to learn about the usual suspects because we all go to restaurants, weddings, parties, etc. on occasion.

It’s also worth noting that the feminizing effects of soy (and other estrogenic products, like BPA) appear to be reversible, and – when combined with a natural diet – can be counteracted with other T-boosting activities like strength training, regular sunshine exposure and reading The Turner Diaries.

We need men on our team, not faggots that think and act like women. Don’t let the corrupt food industry transform you into a limp-wristed soyboy!
