Detectives with the Bossier City Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit arrested Jareona Crosby, 17, and a 15-year-old juvenile male for second degree murder for the death of TSgt. Joshua Kidd of Bossier City.
Kidd was found unresponsive outside his residence on Parklane Dr. early last Tuesday morning. He died of a gunshot wound to the chest.
Over the course of the last week, detectives say they developed information and collected evidence linking Crosby and the teen to the murder.
Crosby and the juvenile were also charged on separate warrants each for ten counts of simple burglary of a vehicle and one count of theft of a firearm.
Both were booked into the Bossier City jail on the charges and transported to Ware Youth Center juvenile detention center for housing.
