Man Ordered to Pay Child Support for a Kid That’s Not Even His

This Jew can figure it out. Why can’t the state of Texas?

As Anglin pointed out in his anti-abortion article, there’s all sorts of problems that have given women destructive power and leverage over the average man in the West. These laws and norms have made it so that not only can these skanks destroy families and get away with living a life filled with consequence-free sexual encounters, but they can financially enslave a man and ruin his life as well.

Add this story to the list of problems that need to be rectified.

KTRK:

A Houston man is fighting a court order for tens of thousands of dollars in child support for a child DNA proves isn’t his.

The system still may consider him a ‘deadbeat dad’ despite the scientific proof. But Texas law may not care about the science.

Gabriel Cornejo’s only choice may be to pay the $65,000 in child support for a child that isn’t his and he’s only met one time last year.

Now, I’m sure some will say “This guy’s a Mexican. Who gives a shit?” But this is something that could potentially affect us all. Whether we like it or not, this guy is no different than we are in the eyes of the law. And we are subject to the same bureaucratic nonsense that he is.

He, his wife and the ex-girlfriend he broke up with 16 years ago all agreed he should get a DNA test. He did.

“The results came in,” Cornejo said. “I’m not the father.”

But that wasn’t the end of the case.

Not even close.

Cornejo’s ex-girlfriend still wants the money and so does the state of Texas.

How does something like this even happen? DNA is used to exonerate people from murder charges and all sorts of criminal cases on a regular basis.

Apparently, that’s irrelevant thanks to a ridiculous Texas law.

Chron.com:

At the crux of why Cornejo must pay up is Texas’ family code, chapter 161, which states, even if you’re not the biological father, you still owe child support that accrued before the DNA test proves you’re not the father, Cornejo’s lawyer Cheryl Coleman told Chron.com.

That’s just insane. You’d think it would be the opposite, that they’d have to prove that you’re the father before they could start garnishing your wages. But apparently if some slut claims you knocked her up, the word of a whore is all it takes for the state to make a case against you.

“I’m a promiscuous slut that can’t keep track of the loads I take. Now give me your money or you go to jail.”

KTRK:

In 2003, Cornejo’s ex-girlfriend went to court and said Cornejo was the only possible father. The state of Texas started assessing child support payments, which continue to add up, now totaling nearly $65,000. Cornejo was never told, he claims. Court records suggest, but don’t prove, he got a subpoena years ago. He denies it.

The mother’s lawyer says child support was taken from Cornejo’s paycheck long ago and Cornejo never fought it. That can be enough to establish a lock-tight claim that he should’ve dealt with it long ago.

If the guy was told he was on the hook for a child that wasn’t his, I’d imagine he would’ve objected to it in back in 2003. That’s not something you put off for 13 years.

“I’ve researched the records and found that there is an issue with the service where they served him back in 2002,” Coleman said. “There are some anomalies with how this case handled by the attorney general’s office. He was never served with those documents in 2002 when the actual paternity petition was filed against him.”

‘There were three garnishments of $31 each when he worked at a dealership. He’s never gotten a letter from the state of Texas,” Coleman said. “At issue is he’s still not the father. Nobody is disputing that. The mother is not disputing that.”

The guy probably didn’t notice thirty bucks missing from his paycheck. Many if not most people get direct-deposit and a lot of them don’t regularly check to see how much the government is swindling them for with Social Security and other deductions.

If the court doesn’t reopen the case, he either pays or may go to jail. The case will be back in court in August. Gabriel Cornejo says whatever the outcome, he hopes for a state law change to prevent situations like the one he is now in.

This is something these MGTOW and manosphere types should be putting up an organized resistance against. While it’s understandable to want to drop out of this cesspool of a society and invest less time in these trifling sluts, the fact is civilization must go on and unless you’re willing to live out in the woods like Ted Kaczynski, you’re a part of society whether you like it or not. Might as well at least try to change things because you never know if the collapse is actually going to happen.

Cases like this along with no-fault divorce and other repercussions of the (((Sexual Revolution))) are all things that must be dealt with. This is all tied into our civilizational decay. Without mounting a proper resistance, these things will continue to tear away at the fabric of our society.

Someone needs to stop these skanks before they destroy us all!
