A nationwide manhunt is under way for a Virginia man who police want to question in connection with the deaths of four members of a family, including a 2-year-old boy.

The U.S. Marshals Service and Petersburg Police are searching for Alexander Roosevelt Hill Jr., 47. They say Hill, known as “Real Deal,” is considered armed and dangerous and is known to carry a 9mm handgun.

Last Saturday morning, police and firefighters in Petersburg responded to a house fire at the home of Hill’s former girlfriend, Vivian Chavis, authorities said. They found the bodies of four of Chavis’ family members. Chavis was not home at the time.

Court records indicate at least two of the bodies had puncture wounds.
